Our garbage disposal stopper vanished one day. We bought three generic stoppers before we realized thst none of them would fit correctly. We weren't able to find stoppers for Whirlaway locally (and we live in a large city).
This arrived right away and fits beautifully. It's top-quality and should last for years.

I have a 10 year old home and the rubber screen was getting looser by the day. It was almost impossible to use the disposal any longer. Every time I went to push food down in....the rubber went in. I was about to rip the disposal out and then I thought about the internet. I found this item and bought THREE! It works great and it's like the "old days" when the unit was new. My advise is to buy one (or more).
